Customer Experience & Order Guidelines
We aim to provide a great experience with every order. To help ensure this, please review the guidelines below before placing your order.

Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted and all sales are considered final once shipped.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. Refunds, if approved, may be partial and are issued at our discretion based on product condition, delivery circumstances, and supporting documentation.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for verifying the shipping address at checkout.
If an order is shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer and ships before we are notified:
- The order is not eligible for refunds or reshipment
- The customer must contact the shipping carrier to request a reroute
If rerouting results in spoilage of perishable items, refunds are not available.
Refused Deliveries
If a package is refused for reasons not related to visible carrier damage at the time of delivery:
- The package must be returned to the sender at the receiver’s expense
- Returned items must arrive in good condition to be considered for a refund
Any refund issued may be reduced or denied based on product condition upon return.
Delivery Delays & Rescheduled Deliveries
Refunds are not available when perishable items spoil due to:
- Delivery rescheduling requested by the recipient
- Rerouting requested by the recipient
- Delivery delays caused by a closed business address
We are not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us promptly so the issue can be evaluated and resolved.
Clear photos of defects or damage are required whenever reasonably possible for any replacement or monetary reimbursement to be considered.
Cancellations, Order Changes & Exchanges
Order changes or cancellations can only be accommodated prior to shipment confirmation.
Once shipment confirmation is issued:
- Orders cannot be changed or canceled
- All sales are final
- Exchanges and refunds are not available
Shipping Accuracy & Delivered Packages
Our delivery guarantee applies only to orders shipped to the address provided and confirmed at checkout.
Once the carrier confirms delivery to the provided address:
- Responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, misplaced, or stolen after confirmed delivery. Refunds or replacements are not available under these circumstances.
Lost, Stolen, or Tampered Packages (In Transit)
If a package is lost, stolen, or tampered with during transit or upon delivery:
- The recipient must file a claim with the shipping carrier
- Replacements may be issued depending on the outcome of the carrier’s investigation
Financial responsibility for lost, stolen, or tampered packages lies with the shipping carrier once a claim is filed. Any approved monetary reimbursement will be issued by the carrier.
