Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 business day (excluding Sundays and Holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Any potential delays are possible due to weather, postal service delays, and problems outside of our control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Local delivery

We ship nationwide and we offer local delivery in New Jersey to the following counties: Bergen County. By choosing the "Local Delivery" option during checkout, your order may be delivered to your home the same day or next day depending on location. All orders over $100 are delivered to your door FREE of charge. Once you place your order, it will be processed and may be delivered anytime between the hours of 10am-8pm. All orders will be kindly placed at your front door unless otherwise specified. Please make sure someone is home to receive the delivery if perishable refrigerated/frozen items are ordered in order to be stored properly.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at help@gogreek.shop with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We aim to provide a great experience every time, but even we can experience the off day occasionally. The best way to guarantee a great experience is to review our guidelines and keep them in mind when placing orders. 

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 14 days from receiving your order. We reserve the right to limit refunds.
