VOION LAND GIANT BEANS 400g

The lakeside areas of Kastoria and Florina are famous both in the country and internationally for the production of the giant bean. The long tradition, the passion and knowledge of the producers, the composition of the soils, the water volumes of the springs of Aliakmons and the mild, semi-mountainous climate of the region contribute to the production of this unique product. Western Macedonian giant beans are a thin-skinned, high-quality Greek variety that requires a short cooking time. The size of the beans is relatively large, the shape is kidney-shaped and their color is white. Their rich and distinct flavor makes them enjoyable to eat even without sauce.
