BAKING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Preheat your conventional oven to 400°F.
2. Without defrosting them, place the potatoes on a baking tray and drizzle them with 1/3 cup of olive oil and add 1 cup of water.
3. Bake them in the middle oven rack for 40 minutes.
