Hotos Feta cheese is a Protected Designation of Origin (P.D.O.) product, made exclusively of 100% fresh pasteurized Greek sheep milk. It has a pleasant taste, slightly sour and not very salty, and it has a rich aroma. The texture is hard, solid and does not crumble. The maturation time for Hotos Feta Cheese is at least 2-3 months from the date of production.
