THASSOU OLIVES 20oz

Our olives are imported directly from Greece and packaged to order. Thassou olives are a distinctive black olive variety with Protected Designation of Origin status, cultivated exclusively on Thassos island in the northern Aegean. Naturally ripened on the tree, these olives undergo a unique fermentation aided by the Phoma oleae fungus, reducing bitterness and enhancing complexity. They are then dry-cured in coarse sea salt, which intensifies their wrinkled texture and imparts a rich, mellow flavor cherished by connoisseurs. 

All of our olives are packaged to order on the premises.
