TRATA SMOKED HERRING FILLET (REGGA) 160g

Trata smoked herring contains tender fillets, which have been cold smoked in a wood-fired oven in our facilities, with extra attention to the duration of smoking for a balance of flavor. We use special wood chips in order to obtain a safe smoked product, highlighting a ripe smell and taste. Trata herring retains the distinctive, rich flavor of smoked fish with a subtle saltiness.
